JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT to support our data-driven initiatives across various projects and departments. In this role, you will assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to help inform strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with senior analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection, cleaning, and validation of datasets from multiple sources.
• Support data analysis tasks to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
• Create basic dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings.
• Help monitor data quality and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or issues as they arise.
• Document processes, methodologies, and insights for knowledge sharing and future use.
• Provide regular updates to senior analysts and project leads on data findings and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and data management practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, data-driven setting.
